Quantfolio is built and supported by a small team. Email us directly. We read everything, and we usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.

What we can help with

  • Account access, including sign-in problems, email verification, and password reset
  • Subscription and billing, including the Pro plan, free trial, and Apple or Play subscription management
  • Bug reports and crashes
  • Feature requests and feedback on the synthesis quality
  • Data corrections, if an alert points at the wrong company or fundamentals look off
  • Account deletion or data export requests

Before you write

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.4)
  • The Quantfolio version, shown in Settings, then About, then Version
  • The ticker or screen the issue is on
  • What you expected vs what you saw
  • Any error messages, or a screenshot if you have one

Manage your subscription

Quantfolio subscriptions are billed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by us. To change plan, cancel, or request a refund:

You can also tap Settings, then Subscription, then Manage in App Store or Play Store from inside the app.

Delete your account

Open Settings, then Profile, then Sign out for a soft sign-out, or email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" to permanently remove your account and stored data. We process deletion requests within 7 days.
