Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Normi Labs Ltd ("we", "us") covering your use of the Quantfolio iOS or Android app and related services. By using Quantfolio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Quantfolio is a research tool, not a financial advisor. Everything inside the app, including alerts, the morning brief, the ledger, and thesis-drift signals, is information for your own judgement. Nothing inside Quantfolio is personal investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Past performance of any signal, model, or alert does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any trade you make. Markets carry risk, including the risk of losing your entire invested capital.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Quantfolio
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with all applicable local and national laws

• Provide accurate sign-up information
• Keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorised access
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, then Profile

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or act fraudulently.

Quantfolio offers Pro subscriptions on a monthly and annual basis. The annual plan may include a free trial. Live pricing and the trial offer (if available in your storefront) are shown on the in-app paywall and on the App Store or Play Store listing.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us.

iOS: Manage or cancel in Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Android: Manage or cancel in Google Play Store, then Menu, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are governed by the relevant store policies. The free tier is available without a credit card and includes the core watchlist, alerts, and brief.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the app
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or its outputs
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Circumvent the subscription or rate-limit controls

Alerts, the morning brief, and thesis-drift commentary are generated by an AI model. AI may produce inaccurate, stale, or incomplete content. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on. AI outputs are not financial advice.

You retain ownership of the content you create, including watchlist entries, thesis text, invalidation conditions, and holding flags. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Normi Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, trading losses, or goodwill arising from your use of Quantfolio. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before formal proceedings, contact [email protected] so we can attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date and surface notice in-app for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
